Week Two Menu Plan

Monday
B- Oatmeal
D- Gluten Free BLGT Sandwich with fruit

Tuesday
B- Eggs tacos
D- Buffalo Chicken Wings with carrots and celery

Wednesday
B- Overnight oatmeal
D- Seven Minute Egg Salad in lettuce cups with fruit

Thursday
B- Oatmeal leftovers
D- Gluten Free Pork Dumplings with mixed veggies

Friday
B- Pancakes
D- Asian Edamame Fried Rice with kimchi

Saturday
B- Pancakes
D- Leftover meal (aka whatever is in the fridge)

  1. What does BLGT stand for? Why all the gluten free stuff? The edamame fried rice with kimchi sounds really good.

    1. Ginger - BLGT = Bacon, lettuce, guacamole, tomato. Were trying out a gluten free/dairy free diet to see if it helps with R's asthma and skin problems. They both have been flaring up terribly lately and nothing else seems to work so I thought I would try a diet change.
